Job Context:
∎ Healthrich Ltd. is a food processing venture with a mission to bring healthy food choices (Power Bars, Biscuits, Cookies, Cakes, Condiments, etc.) to the market. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional who can develop and manage financial accounts, banking, various reporting protocols, compliance and deal with government authorities such as the VAT office, NBR, BSTI, Food & Safety Department, etc.
∎ Job Location Gulshan and Dakshinkhan (Opposite Airport), Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have strong financial and reporting management skills for handling multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
∎ Have fundamental banking knowledge including LCs, variety of Credit Facilities.
∎ Ensure compliance of production procedures and finished goods and communicate and deal with the regulatory authorities specially with regards to license, permits, renewals, etc.
∎ Communicate and manage various vendors, suppliers, etc. relating to the business.
∎ Compile production data daily and provide reports to management.
∎ Ensure adherence to cost control measures.
∎ Implement all strategic management decisions through continuous process innovation with the end objective of achieving cost and supply chain efficiencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 3 years and above. Preferred experience in the Food Industry (such as Bakery) in Bangladesh.
∎ Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to use internal and external sources to make analytical reports.
∎ Sound knowledge of the local market will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course in Food Production and/or Compliance will get preference
∎ Experience with products for Export market will get preference
Salary:
∎ 20,000-25,000 Per Month. (Other Benefits as per market norms)
