Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the operation of Finance & Accounts functionalities of the Group.
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, making bank reconciliation and prepare report for the management.
∎ In- charge of Business Analysis, internal audit, internal financial controls, Acquisitions, special assignments; mainly including.
∎ Management reporting, Board reporting.
∎ Financial Analysis of the divisional financial and technical performance, variance analysis, presentations to the board.
∎ Co-ordination between various divisions/units, Management and Internal auditors for various points raised by internal auditors and their reporting to the audit committee.
∎ Analyzing various proposals for acquisitions, its due diligence, financial modeling, providing recommendations to the management.
∎ Special jobs akin to the above requiring special attentions.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills MS office application specially spreadsheet/word processing skills.
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Tax and Vat regulations;
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work both independently and in a team.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla required.
