Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the MANAGING DIRECTOR, our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to perform multi-tasking, work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide a vision, guidance, strategies with a leadership approach in guiding the institution to fulfill its mission.
  • Provide leadership for the organization's total activities of a quality & nature that would result in business growth & profitability.
  • Develop coaching & mentoring programs for improvement and achievement of Personal Development Plans.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic input to senior management.
  • Set performance goals, conduct appraisals, and provide training as needed.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information.
  • Take initiatives to the development of employees' skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talent of the organization.
  • Analyze event performance after a completed course.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management.
