Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing new sales opportunities & market potentials to sell land projects;
∎ Take effective regular marketing and sales visits to public and private institutions;
∎ Work in the marketing team as an effective member and maintain individual visits to clients followed by ensured sales;
∎ Assist ineffective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales;
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members;
∎ Actively assist in developing a strong communication platform for NRBs. Help develop a quality database of NRBs. Also, develop an effective tool for result-oriented follow-ups and sales to NRBs and expatriates;
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy;
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 50 years
∎ Well-groomed, energetic & able to work under pressure;
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla;
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities;
∎ Computer literacy;
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
