Job Context:
∎ Sales Excellence: Take ownership of corporate sales efforts, meeting and exceeding sales targets within the polymer industry.
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the polymer industry.
∎ Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
∎ Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
∎ Sales Planning: Create and monitor sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and adjust your sales strategies to maximize results.
∎ Reporting: Generate insightful sales reports and presentations to track progress.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate sales within the polymer industry.
∎ - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ - Strong understanding of the polymer industry, market trends, and customer needs.
∎ - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ - Data-oriented mindset and the ability to make informed decisions.
