Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and other employers to create job opportunities for students and graduates.
∎ Schedule regular meetings with employers to understand their hiring needs and expectations.·
∎ Match students and graduates with suitable job openings based on their skills, qualifications, and career goals.
∎ Assist students with application processes, including resume and cover letter preparation, and interview coaching.
∎ Provide individual and group career counseling sessions to students, offering advice on job market trends, career paths, and skill development.
∎ Help students set realistic career goals and provide support in achieving them.
∎ Organize and oversee career-related events such as job fairs, employer networking events, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate placement activities into academic programs.
∎ Maintain a database of employers, job opportunities, and student profiles.
∎ Track student placement records and report placement statistics to management.
∎ Analyze market trends to inform placement strategies and improve job match success rates.
∎ Promote the institution’s placement programs and the employability of its students through online platforms, social media, and career portals.
∎ Develop marketing materials, presentations, and reports to showcase placement success.
∎ Establish partnerships with industries, professional bodies, and organizations for long-term collaboration.

∎ SAIC Group contributes their effort in large scale in the education sector in whole Bangladesh. Almost One Thousand (Administrative + Academic) staffs are employment under SAIC Group. And about 15000 Thousand Students continue their study under SAIC Group. We are looking for an Executive/Asst. Executive -Job Placement for Anowara Nursing College, Dinajpur and Rumdo Institute of Modern Technology, Mymensingh who will be able to analyze the Market Demands and supply of our eligible students accordingly.
∎ His major responsibility would be ensuring better placement opportunities for all students having Engineering and Nursing background and to fulfill all the associated tasks related with pre and post-placement. He should perform a mix of career counseling and related duties to coordinate with the institution's staffs and students. His daily duties range from examining job descriptions and employment advertisement to helping students complete the hiring process. He must travel to visit potential employers, attend hiring events, and visit renowned human resources teams according to action plan.
