Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting examinations in a disciplined and efficient manner as per the Council and Institutional instructions.
∎ Arranging for the setting of question papers with strict regard to secrecy.
∎ Maintaining the data from the module handbooks regarding the scheme of the assessments.
∎ Helping in processing of result (On Semester Basis).
∎ Helping in declaration of results (On Semester Basis).
∎ Maintaining liaison with the Council and Other Governing Bodies.
∎ Communicating with the students and parents.
∎ Collection of Dues.
∎ Student Counseling.
∎ Ensure full compliance of all processes and rules as per Board and related agencies.
∎ Any other task as assigned from time to time.

We are looking for Assistant Exam Controller/ Exam Controller for our Saic College of Medical Science and Technology. The Exam Controller will be responsible for managing all examination-related activities within the institution, ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations, maintaining the integrity of the examination process, and coordinating with relevant departments to uphold academic standards.
