Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution .
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideal Candidate should have the skill, sufficient engineering knowledge and expertise on modern Steel building solution having, thinking and innovative ideas.
∎ Managing and interpreting client requirements, calculating client quotations, negotiating contract terms & conditions.
∎ Co-coordinating sales projects, solving client problems & offering after-sales support services
∎ Searching for new clients and visiting potential clients.
∎ Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients, set up sales network.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Proposal document preparation & checking;
∎ Work with design and marketing departments for overall updates, procedure changes or development and resolution of issues;
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sufficient Knowledge about AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
∎ Travel outside of Dhaka if Needed
Salary: Negotiable
