∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ Civil & Steel) as per working drawing.
∎ Analyze tender BOQ with Rate Analysis·
∎ Document comparative statements between tender BOQ and consumption for the project.
∎ Incorporate site-required items into ERP and maintain tracking sheets.·
∎ Determine the minimum necessary material for project efficiency by cross-referencing inventory and ERP data to minimize current expenditure.
