- Good knowledge on SIP protocol.
- Working experience on Linux/ Windows Server System.
- Priority is given to CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Must have clear concept on IP Networking (i.e. OSI Layer, TCP/ IP, IP sub-netting, RTP, DNS, Port addressing etc.)
- Working experience on Voice gateways.
- Capable to work on shift duties, including night shifts.
