Job Purpose:
To support day-to-day operational activities across all functional areas through hands-on learning and rotational assignments. The position aims to develop technical and operational competencies in plant processes, safety compliance, equipment handling, and reporting, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Rotational Shift Operations: Work on rotational shifts to gain exposure and understanding of all operational areas.
· Cash Handling: Handle Line Trip cash transactions following approved operational guidelines.
· Fuel Operations: Assist in safe fuel operations while strictly adhering to safety, health, and environmental policies.
· Operational Support: Support operational procedures, including reporting, record keeping, and monitoring storage plans.
· Training & Process Improvement: Provide assistance during operational training sessions and support assigned projects for process improvement.
· Vessel & Logistics Coordination: Participate in vessel suitability checks and coordinate loading/unloading activities to ensure compliance with operational standards.
· Inventory & Safety Compliance: Assist in inventory verification, review safety documentation, and report compliance findings.
· Fleet Management: Operate and monitor vehicle tracking systems (GPS) for fleet and logistics operations.
· Automation & PLC Learning: Learn and work on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for process automation and monitoring.
· Additional Duties: Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Operations In-Charge or Project Manager.
