Educational Requirements:
∎ Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)
∎ Graduation or post-graduation in Accounting or Finance or related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage completely in the transfer pricing process of the Group including but not limited to billing, pursuing and all other aspects in accordance with contract terms for the group/entity/jurisdiction.
∎ Prepare and review periodic reports, analyze and summarize transfer pricing results for Group CFO.
∎ Coordinate effectively with Treasury Department to collect the charges, receipts and collaborate. Assess impact on the Company’s financials.
∎ Coordinate and work with Global colleagues to drive Tax Matters and Transfer Pricing policies.
∎ Support legal team to prepare all intercompany agreements.
∎ Update changes in transfer pricing procedures, methodology and/or calculations.
∎ Support tax team for compliance requirements, including preparation of documentation i.e. local, master and other required documentation in annual basis and related filings.
∎ Review of ASAI group countries computation of corporate income tax, advance income tax, withholding tax and other local tax including all related analysis and support.
∎ Maintaining liaison with auditors in case of group consolidation audit.
∎ Review the expats employees tax reimbursement calculation, country tax returns
∎ Monitoring the latest developments in international tax legislation.
∎ Special projects by CFO

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent in written and verbal communication in English – Very Important
∎ Sound knowledge in Tax laws preferably in international tax, transfer pricing and computation of corporate tax liability in various jurisdictions.
∎ Advanced User of MS Office is of utmost importance to job requirement
∎ Female candidate preferred
∎ At least three years of experiences(post - qualification) shall be required.

Salary: Tk. 150000 - 170000 (Monthly)
