Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Accounting. Any professional qualification may get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing suppliers bills as per Purchase Order, MRR and Invoice following VAT & Tax rules.
∎ Review of monthly salary bills for Academic & Admin staffs for the approval of Director (Acc & Fin) and the Treasurer.
∎ Preparation of draft Financial Statement and report to the Dy. Director (Accounts & Finance).
∎ Allocation of monthly actual expenditure in different accounting Head, compare with budget and report monthly on variances to Director (Accounts & Finance).
∎ Preparing monthly external report for Vat & Tax office.
∎ Supervising day to day Petty Cash transactions.
∎ Govt. Challan has been deposited with NBR deadline and report accordingly.
∎ Reconciliation of payment made to other parties.
∎ Review and check incoming requests of requisitions and purchase orders according to Approval.
∎ Be a part of members of procurement committee & check the quoted price accordance with Vat & Tax rules.
∎ Receive complain from student if any regarding financial issues and inform to the Dy. Director (Accounts & Finance).
∎ Checking all financial issues in CS (Comparative Statement) and Purchase Order.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the departmental Head and Treasurer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have 4-5 years' experience in university's Accounts & Finance. Experience may be relaxed in case of partly qualified CMA with relevant field.
∎ Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (Basic and Advance Level), ERP or Tally software knowledge is must.
∎ Good typing speed in Bengali & English.
∎ Sound knowledge on Vat & Tax rules.
