We are looking for a motivated Assistant/Deputy Manager with a strong background in Microbiology to support sales and marketing of Blood Culture & AST diagnostic products. The role involves strategic sales planning, customer engagement, and driving growth in hospitals and laboratories across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support sales & marketing of Blood Culture & AST diagnostic products.

• Assist in preparing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, lab managers, and clinicians.

• Track market trends, competitors, and generate reports for management.

• Coordinate with service and application teams for customer satisfaction.

• Participate in seminars, workshops, and industry events.
