Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist IP-PC and thus Suchana management /consortium team in preparing AIP and prepare DIP of CNRS.
∎ With the guidance of/as suggested by IP-PC, facilitate upazila team in preparing monthly work plans in line with the AIP and DIP of CNRS.
∎ With the guidance of/as suggested by IP-PC, provide technical support and guidance to individual upazila teams in village selection and BHH selection for different interventions.
∎ With the guidance of/as suggested by IP-PC, provide guidance to upazila team to implement the exit plan in line with Suchana Exit Strategy.
∎ Assist IP-PC in ensuring proper implementation of nutrition specific and nutrition sensitive interventions at upazila-, union-, and community-levels.
∎ Moderate, organize and facilitate trainings for staff and other stakeholders.
∎ In association with the IP-PC, monitor, support informal evaluation and reporting of progress in project implementation and achievement of targeted results, prepare and communicate all other reports required by the Suchana Programme or CNRS.
∎ In association with the IP-PC, provide support, inform, sensitize, follow up, document in all gender sensitive issues, all policies, rules, regulations and norms to the staff.
∎ Track the progresses of implementation of DIP/AIP, support quality control and timely submission of all deliverables for Upazila-/Union-level Suchana Programme activities.
∎ In association with the IP-PC, facilitate financial management team to ensure timely financial and administrative support.
∎ Under the guidance of/as advised by IP-PC, support compliance with procurement, accounting, documentation and reporting according to Suchana/organizational policies and procedures.
∎ Support IP-PC in managing the issues related to approval of travel and movement of the staff members and expenditures as and when required following CNRS's policies, guideline, rules as well as Suchana Programme or consortium.
∎ Under the guidance of/as advised by IP-PC, coordinate with Suchana team as and when needed for the overall project cycle management including contract modification, approval of implementation plan and budget, etc.
∎ Under the guidance of/as advised by IP-PC, support day-to-day coordination among Upazilas/Unions and Suchana- Moulvibazar district level activities.
∎ Assist IP-PC in facilitating liaison and overall communication and coordination with the centrally based Suchana technical specialists as well as upazila-/union-level technical staffs as and when required.
∎ Under the guidance of/as advised by IP-PC, keep liaison and functional linkage with district and upazila administrative and lined agencies, notably on the issues related to CNRS.
∎ Represent CNRS at different forums, especially on the issues related areas for which s/he is the focal point.
∎ Under the guidance of/as advised by IP-PC, coordinate staff recruitment, performance appraisal and other activities as and when required.
∎ Assist IP-PC in collecting, compiling, analysing and submitting progress update on Suchana Programme intervention from the field level and report to the respective places, notably for CNRS.
∎ Taking or assist IP-PC in taking necessary steps according to consortium decisions for further improvement/change in regard to the findings mentioned in the reports and notably overall for CNRS,
∎ Support/assist IP-PC in supporting communication activities at the field level, notably overall for CNRS.
∎ Perform any other task as and when assigned by the Suchana programme/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-year experience in community-based development activities, notably in nutrition and livelihoods areas and including 2 year at managerial level.
∎ Good communication, Facilitation and motivational skill
∎ Excellent reporting skill in English
∎ Understanding of local culture and dialects
∎ Abilities to undertake extensive travel to village level
∎ To protect children in connection
∎ Effective computer literacy and Tab based MIS operation
∎ Having problem solving and prompt decision making capacity
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender sensitive perception
∎ Willingness and ability to drive motorcycle in the field as and when required; Valid driving license is an added advantage

Salary: Tk. 52674 (Monthly)
