Qualifications:

  • Level 1 Complete of CA Couse with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and BBA (Master’s degree preferred)      

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in finance and accounting for senior officer.

  • Proficient in writing reports in English.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Assistant Coordinator/ Coordinator, Accounts and Finance will assume a crucial role in Neuroscience and Psychiatry Hub Ltd. This position is responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring seamless administrative processes until further recruitment. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial statements.

  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for review by senior management.

  • Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.

  • Balancing patient accounts and taking payments for services rendered through customer care.

  • Reviewing bills and claims for accurate information.

  • Extensively interacting with patients, consultants, and partner organisations as necessary to collect due payments.

  • Manage company financial accounts/MFS accounts, cash deposits, petty cash, TA bills etc.

  • Ensure compliance with hub policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and accounting records.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory and compliance documents.

  • The Assistant Coordinator, Accounts and Finance may be required to perform other specialised duties, as needed.

  • Manage banking and treasury operations, including cheque issuance, fund transfers, bank reconciliation, and coordination with banks.

  • Ensure VAT and Tax compliance, including preparation, submission of returns, timely payments, and proper record keeping in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Scrutinizing receipts, ensuring financial accuracy, budget compliance, fraud prevention, policy adherence, precise data management, and vendor validation.
