  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Commercial Department.
  • The applicant should have experience in Letter of Credit advise & letter of credit Transfer.
  • Proficiency in issuing Proforma Invoice (All Format)
  • Proficiency in Banking (Lien Bank & Other Bank)
  • Proficiency in Export & Import documentation (Direct & Substitute) process, custom procedure & financial transaction, Shipping follow-up.
  • Proficiency in ERP & Manual both systems.
  • Knowledge in swift correspondence, proceed realization, RTGS transection.
  • Knowledge in Legal paper & Compliance Certification.
  • Knowledge in BTB LC, Acceptance, Payment.
  • Able to handle works in Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) & BEGMEA/BKMEA (Ex SoO Verification, BGMEA Arbitration)
  • Knowledge in L/C Clause, Terms & Condition, Buyer/Supplier Credit Report, Commercial Banking System.
  • The applicant must be efficient & focused in work and follow-up. And all tasks must be completed in time. As well as have intend to do what management give.
  • The applicant must be hard worker and should have the ability to work outside office for business need.
  • Factory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team player & work under pressure & problem-solving capability
  • Should be dynamic, hardworking, goal oriented, self-driven with amicable personality.
  • Good knowledge in product development and T&A calendar.
  • Should have excellent communication skills (both English & Bengali in verbal & email communication).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing suppliers & factory person(s).
  • Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet and Microsoft Office Program


Responsibilities & Context:

We are one of the reputed readymade garments buying agent companies of Bangladesh, located in Dhaka. We have collaboration with 15 most Internationally Acclaimed Garment Manufacturers in Bangladesh. We have built the reputation of a dependable garments sourcing company with high -quality products delivered in timely shipments.

Type of Employment: Full-time (6 days a week)

Responsibilities:

  • Issue Proforma Invoice (All Format)- ERP & Manual.

  • Letter of Credit Collect, advise & letter of credit Transfer.

  • Commercial Banking Activity (Export Document Sending, Acceptance, Payment Realization, Swift Correspondence).

  • Forwarder Cargo Booking (Both Online & Manual).

  • Export & Import documentation (Direct & Substitute) process, custom procedure & financial transaction, Shipping follow-up.

  • Update Legal paper & Compliance Certification of Factory & Suppliers. as well as buyer credit report.

  • Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) & BEGMEA/BKMEA activities when needed. As well as activities in Factory & supplier Bank when needed.

  • Update Statement of all commercial activities (ERP & Manual).
