Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine & analyse bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management & other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness & conformance to reporting & procedural standards. Perform entries to proper accounts.
∎ Managing Banking Activities & Reconcile Bank Ledger with Ledger of Accounts Dept.
∎ Preparing monthly different financial statements.
∎ Develop, maintain & analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Updating company Accounting Software and preparation of different reports as required by the Management and any other related jobs as assigned by the Head of the Department as well as Management.
∎ Preparation of software based report and proper knowledge on ERP.
∎ Making Monthly salary sheet for all portfolio of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package, especially in excel.

∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Ability of multi-tasking.
