Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record daily sales and expenses.
∎ Reconcile cash, credit card, and online payment receipts.
∎ Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
∎ Maintain records of supplier accounts.
∎ Assist in preparing staff payroll, including tips, overtime, and deductions.
∎ Maintain attendance and time-sheet records.
∎ Coordinate with kitchen for stock purchase records.
∎ Help track inventory levels and cost of goods sold.
∎ Reconcile bank statements with internal records.
∎ Report discrepancies to senior accountant or manager.
