∎ BBA (Accounting)/BBS (Accounting) can apply with at least three years experience.
∎ Computer proficiency on MS Word and MS Excel, Tally software is mandatory. Excellent knowledge on record keeping / filing.
∎ Work under pressure and fulfill the requirement within the deadline and willing to give additional time.
∎ Good behaviour with the colleagues in the hospital. Full cooperation and support to the colleagues.
∎ Team work spirit.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain day to day transaction of VARD Eye Hospital, Sunamganj.
∎ Ensure logistics and supplies timely.
∎ Maintain hospital’s central store.
∎ Maintain fixed assets register and other related records.
∎ Prepare necessary bill and vouchers.
∎ Maintain computer based (Tally Software) books of accounts.
∎ Verify pharmacy, Ward, OT, Spectacles stock and submit report to the head office regularly
∎ Maintain books of accounts and prepare periodical report.
∎ Supply logistics to the hospital team from hospital central store.
∎ Perform day to day transaction with banks.
∎ Maintain leave register and personal files.
∎ Filing internal and external documents.
∎ Perform other relevant duties assigned by Manager (Finance and Accounts)/Hospital Manager (AFO)
∎ VARD EYE CARE SERVICES (VARD-ECS) LTD. is a sister concern non-profit organization of VARD. It has been implementing Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) program since 1998 through well-established four eye hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamgonj district and Cumilla district. This position is based at VARD Eye Hospital, Sunamganj, the district headquarters.
