Job Responsibilities:
∎ work closely with the copy writing team to conceptualize and execute mind blowing Ideas for 360 degree campaigns and other projects
∎ Ability to create innovative forms ot contents for client's digital presence
∎ Develop astonishing press ad, digital static and dynamic content. POSMs and branding materials
∎ Keep up to date with the changes in market trends strategic tools and related issues
∎ Produce sketches or storyboards' (television) or roughs or scamps (print) to communicate Ideas to the client
∎ Have an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at
∎ Pitch ideas to clients
∎ Guide other members of the art team
∎ visit and assess locations for potential shoots actively participate in shoots and give proper art direction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts
∎ The skills and confidence to express ideas in the best creative way
∎ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
∎ The capacity to deal with stress and work well under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
∎ An integrated and creative approach to the media and how the media can be used in advertising
∎ At least 5+ years' work experience in agency as Art Director
