Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify trends and insights, and to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
∎ Plan, oversee and manage web, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
∎ Maintain client relationship through looking after current digital marketing services
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
∎ Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing growth strategies
∎ Prepare, evaluate, optimize digital media strategies & plan according to client's need & maximizing better ROI. Provide strategic perspective and recommendations on content development for client
∎ Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
∎ Experiment with new platforms and channels
∎ Analyzing data with different tools e.g. Socialbakers, Likealyzer, Similarweb, google, Analytics, Facebook audience insights etc.
∎ Report to clients and build long-term relationships

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years' of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience with digital advertising
∎ Have outstanding project management and organizational skills as well as manage multiple brands digitally at a time
∎ Experience in managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ A creative mind with experience in identifying target audience and devising engaging, informative and motivating digital campaigns
∎ Brilliant analytical skills and data-driven thinking
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
∎ Experience in handling marketing budgets and developing insights based on campaigns results
∎ Cool inter-personal, verbal, written and negotiation skills
∎ Digital Marketing Skills like Advanced Facebook Advertising, Google Adwords, Digital Media Planning & Buying,
∎ Basic Knowledge on Search Engine Optimization, Mixpanel etc
