∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Trained in Photoshop, Illustrator, Graphic Design.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow the CAIE curriculum (for Art) to map out unit plans for the entire academic year.
∎ Develop and implement lesson plans and class room activities consistent with the curriculum
∎ Effectively manage the classroom.
∎ Prepare and arrange art materials and art equipment in the classroom/ art room for the students to use.
∎ Give drawing and painting demonstrations to students to teach them art techniques.
∎ Create and mark assessments that accurately measure students’ performance.
∎ Must have innovative and creative ideas of cultural programme planning.
∎ Actively participate and plan for all school events.
∎ Support the Administration in developing art programmes, attend faculty meetings and participate in Parent Teacher Meetings.
∎ Masters or Bachelor of Fine Arts from a reputed university.
∎ At least 3-4 years of teaching experience in an English medium school.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English. Computing skills (MS Word, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator).
∎ Music teacher qualification requirement - Bachelor or Master of Music from any reputed organisation.
∎ Lesson planning for music to teach in classes.
∎ Actively participate in preparing students for school events and competitions.
