∎ The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Territory Sales managers to initiate and increase Sales, Coordinating Doctors, Agents, Pharmacy and Patients of the designated territory, generate business and to keep effective business relationship with the end customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
∎ Develop an in-depth understanding of company product
∎ Demonstrating or presenting products to doctors
∎ Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
∎ Attending and organise trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
∎ Write reports and other documents and keep detail record of all contacts
∎ Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitality
∎ Registration of New Senior Doctor (SD) and groom them up.
∎ New patient registration for SD
∎ Market activation (MA) to create awareness on Orko services.
∎ Arrange Monthly Health Camp (HC)
∎ New Patient registration from MA & HC
∎ Refer patient to OCC (Set appointment)
∎ New Pharmacy / Agent registration
∎ Identify and establish new business opportunity
∎ Collect customer feedback as well as market research
∎ Research competitor’s products and their respective market performances.
∎ Keep abreast of new developments in the digital healthcare field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Medical Representative /Promotion Officer job in Pharmaceuticals
∎ Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
∎ Collecting Competition & Market data,
∎ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
∎ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
∎ Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
