Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the PSR and DSR through order collection and delivery of all Coca Cola beverages.
∎ Execute all promotional activities as per company directives.
∎ Gain Market Share through the PSR & DSR.
∎ Solicit new opportunities.
∎ Maintain stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
∎ Ensure maintenance of displays and equipment of AML, as per Coca Cola standards.
∎ Achieve secondary volume as per target.
∎ Assist the ASM to attend Coca Cola goals and all deliverable objectives.
∎ Clearly communicate and explain pricing, Promotions and deals to PSR, DSR and the trade.
∎ Plan to deployed company marketing equipment to right channel.
∎ Recommend distributor appointment/ change based on evaluation of his performance.
∎ Own and review volume progress as per ABP objectives and consult with ASM to take corrective action.
∎ Update all reporting daily, weekly Monthly (as per requirement) on regular basis.
∎ Collect and report competition activities to line manager.
∎ Maintain records of all market activities.
∎ Ensure recognition and development after regular feed back to the PSR & DSR.
∎ Spend time with the PSR & DSR in the market to coach, demonstrate and guide him on best-selling practice.
∎ Maintain good relationship with all customers.
∎ Maintain a Physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customers need and resolve customer complaints in conjunction with the line manager.
∎ Ensure maximum support from the customer, providing best customer experience.
∎ Develop distributors to attain all company directives and compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in Bangla & English;
∎ Tech savvy in email, MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet, Social Networking tools;
∎ Skilled in Bangla & English typing in computer;
∎ Friendly in team works;
∎ Motorcycle driving skills with valid driving license.
