∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit local Mechanic, engine owner and workshops regularly, motivate them to use Royal Gold spare parts and building long term relationship.
∎ Help dealers achieve their monthly targets by encouraging them, taking regular orders and make sure our products are displayed well in their shop.
∎ Introduce new items to dealers, mechanics and farmers, give free sample when needed and collect their feedback.
∎ Explain/share product promotional activities to mechanics, dealers ‍and helping to get rewards.
∎ Market survey, competitor activity analysis and report it to concern manager or head office.
∎ Assist in collecting cheques, documents and ensure timely payment follow-up.
∎ Monitor counterfeit products and take necessary field actions.
∎ Gather feedback, complaints and suggestion from mechanics and dealers regarding product performance.
∎ Identify potential new market areas and mechanics not yet using royal products.
∎ Visit assigned dealers regularly, maintain cordial relationships and encourage sales growth.
