Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in marketing will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engine Oil, Lubricant, Vehicles Lubricant Oil
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create effective distribution channel.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve the objectives and setting performance goals accordingly.
∎ Regular visits & relationship building events for channel development and distribution reach expansion all over Bangladesh.
∎ Identify sales opportunities, consumer requirements, competitor's share, strengths, weaknesses and coordinate after sales service issues for customers.
∎ Plan, develop, execute and evaluate all trade marketing campaigns.
∎ Ensure brand/product visibility, occupying shelf space, and in-store merchandising in the customer outlets & warehouse.
∎ Ensure excellent communication with customer for any technical clarification, when required.
∎ Coordinate with production and quality assurance departments in addressing customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Collect report on sales performance against target and report to management on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
∎ Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
