Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales, Marketing: Develop marketing & sales strategies and calendar to increase exposure of Brand & Products in physical & online platform.
∎ Create business opportunities, and leads; implement advertising campaigns; analyze the competitive advantage and profitability.
∎ Create an interactive relationship with customers & consumers.
∎ Understanding customer needs & evaluating feedback to input into the strategy & escalating to the management.
∎ Events Management: Plan events (both online and offline) to increase engagement with customers; create posters for events; prepare newsletters; assist with execution of events.
∎ Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners, brand partners, as well as brand ambassadors and influencers.
∎ Reporting: Provide reports and improve the sales & brand value of company based on data and business goals.
∎ Coordinating with R&D and sharing market feedback for continuous improvement & cost-effectiveness.
∎ Make visits & surveys in the market.
∎ Arranging Distributors/Resellers/Dealers/Corporate customers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ With at least 5 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing, preferably with Personal Care, Hygiene & Household products.
∎ Open, Dynamic & Creative mindset.
∎ Great understanding of FMCG supply chain, Branding & Customer behavior.
∎ Target & deadline oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
