Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Area Sales Manager for Chattagram. Who has experience at dairy food industry sector (Liquid milk, Ghee, Yoghurt) for meaningful contribution in our country to reach the origination`s goal.
∎ Job Location : Chattagram Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to maintain and manage marketing promotion of food products and maintain a dynamic sales force for the company.
∎ Ability to design and implement the market development interventions (Liquid milk, Ghee, Yoghurt).
∎ Ability to achieve total sales target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility.
∎ Ability to work as a team with a common objective with a coordination of sales strategy with marketing programs.
∎ Ability to preparing weekly sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
∎ Ability to training up sales representative in their daily activities and communicating all the promotional schemes to the subordinates, retailers and distributors.
∎ Ability to searching of new retailer/distributor for gap market.
∎ Supervise & physically attend promotional activities & ensure regular field visit to achieve company goal.
∎ Performing other duties assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ At least 5 year(s) working experience in market leading company.
∎ The applicants must have experience in following area(s):
∎ Liquid milk, Ghee, Yoghurt etc.
∎ Must be confident in team management and coordination.

∎ Ability to use internal and external sources to make sales & marketing advances.
