Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, coach, and motivate the area sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Set clear performance goals and KPIs for team members.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
∎ Manage daily sales activities, route plans, and coverage for the team.
∎ Promote and position ISP products and services effectively in the assigned area.
∎ Ensure brand visibility through local marketing initiatives (e.g., banners, flyers, events).
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ( Corporate), local businesses, and partners.
∎ Act as the main point of contact for major customers in the area.
∎ Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, including custom ISP packages, corporate plans, or bulk connections.
∎ Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
∎ Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
∎ Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; analyze results and trends.
∎ Manage area sales budgets, expense control, and resource allocation.
∎ Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
∎ Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
∎ Leadership and people management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
∎ Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in data analysis system.
∎ Deep understanding of ISP products such as broadband, fiber optics, wireless solutions, leased lines, and value-added services.
