∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 03 (Three) years job experience with reputed brand(s) at the same industry and at the same position.
∎ Searching all possible business opportunities and essentially responsible for marketing and sales of Fans by creating new Dealers / Corporate Clients / Distributors / Retailers;
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with Dealers / Corporate Clients / Distributors / Retailers;
∎ Taking all reasonable initiative to promote products within the territory / area assigned by the management;
∎ Achieve sales target and ensure sustainable growth of market share;
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet;
∎ Provide report depend upon authentic market information, market progress, market demand, credit realization and individual customer performance to the supervisors;
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the country;
∎ Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh;
∎ Should be prepared to carry out other duties as assigned by the superior;
