Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, manage, and supervise overall sales operations of the assigned region

• To enhance pharmaceutical sales performance, , manage sales teams, and expand market coverage to achieve company targets.

• Lead, motivate, and control Area/Zonal Sales teams to achieve sales targets

• Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies

• Monitor field activities and provide regular guidance to the sales force

• Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and regional performance

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, key clients, and stakeholders

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards

• Achieving sales targets and implementing plans for market expansion.

• Developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

• Achieving the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly sales & Collection target.

• Positive Attitude, self-motivated, problem solver with a career-oriented working mindset.
