∎ We are now looking for the self-motivated, hardworking and target oriented potential candidates for the following position who have multi-tasking ability to handle the KKF Enterprises social business operations like Gourmet Bakery, Chilled and Frozen Processed & Further Processed Food products in different sales channels throughout Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly.
∎ Regular field visit & monitor down the level team
∎ Submit daily report to the seniors through line.
∎ Responsible for Product enlistment in Modern Trade
∎ Responsible for collecting order from Modern trade
∎ Follow up competitors' movement & report to seniors
∎ Managing SR/BP/Merchandiser for getting outstanding display in Modern Trade
∎ Run promotion in super shop, sampling products & collect data from customer.
∎ Support marketing team to organize different activation in Modern Trade, schools, University etc.
∎ Must be following company's approved credit control policy given by the management.
∎ Must be following the time limit of credit realization
∎ Must be comfortable with cash on delivery system business policy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 6 years of experience in any renowned National or Multinational company. 3 year work experience as Area Sales Manager or equivalent position will be preferred. Age limit is relaxed for the outstanding performers.
∎ Experience in FMCG/ QSR/ Kiosk based operation / Franchisee outlet operation/ specialized restaurant operation/ Online E-commerce Platforms / Frozen Foods industry and specially experienced in Chain Kiosk & Restaurant operation will be added advantage.
∎ Should be conversant in using computer e.g., MS Office, email etc.
∎ Fluent in communication both in English & Bengali.
Salary: Negotiable
