• Candidates must have a depth knowledge in AC (Air Conditioner) sales.
• Strong relationship management & Communication skills· 
• Should have depth knowledge in working with Dealer & Electronics Companies.  
• Should posse's ability to plan, analyze market information / market trends /company policies.
• Successful track record in Sales channel development & compulsory understanding of sales process.
• Self-driven / Positive attitude Should be target oriented.
• Only Electronics Background candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Capable of Creating and Handling dealers and sub dealers.
• Target Achievers and ready to take challenge.
• Ability to collect data from the assigned areas & provide our products /company info to clients properly.
• Have to achieve the target monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly.
• Achieve the sales targets and set goals for the respective area.
• Find ways to ensure the efficiency of sales operations.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI.
