Job Responsibilities:
∎ Month wise setup target properly (Distributor wise, SR wise, Route wise & Product wise).
∎ Must have ability to work & Monitor SR with sales Apps and Check Daily Sales Entry in Apps.
∎ Distributor's Stock Check, Damage Management & Godown Check
∎ Distributor's stock & Sales sheet analysis with SR sales.
∎ Ensure & Monitor all Distributor delivery and day wise collect Fund from every distributor as per DD/Online plan.
∎ Analysis day wise SR Route capacity, RDT wise target setup, Execution & No execution analysis & take Feedback from SR.
∎ Random Market Visit & work with SR, get information about market, competitor & analysis company position.
∎ Problem Handle with immediate action and Find out Gap market & Gap Outlet
∎ Check Trade Offer & Price
∎ Product wise target monitoring, communication & give instruction to achieve SR's target.
∎ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) experience in same position (FMCG preferable)
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 32000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
