Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing sales strategies for assigned territory. Ensure Primary & secondary sales, sales collection and expand distribution.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of Tata Consumer Products and reaching the targets and goals set for the assigned territory.
∎ Setting sales targets for own Distributors as well as Sales Officer basis brand saliency and route potentiality.
∎ On the job training for the assigned sales staff and team.
∎ Allocating route plan to Sales Representatives and Assists in preparing tour program for sales representatives.
∎ Provide sales report on regular basis.
∎ Handling customer’s complaints and solving the issues in line with company’s policy & procedures.
∎ Supervise the sales team and execute daily sales activities to ensure sales target achievement.
∎ Develop territory, market penetration, route design, Increase coverage and cluster development.
∎ Responsibilities:
