Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for leading the field executives for partner& customer acquisition and micromanage them to achieve the targeted acquisition nos. for the assigned market
∎ Track daily acquisition progress and provide necessary guidelines and inputs to the team for performance enhancement
∎ Get engage with both registered Partners and Customers for engaging them in business by availing trips and creating more trips respectively
∎ Be updated on competition activities and movement and regularly provide feedback on them
∎ Be proactive in identifying new opportunity areas and work out market storming plan to continuously increasing the nos.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the on-boarded partners for long-term business tie up and also with potential partners for future business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6/7 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in sale of automotive industry (preferably Truck selling)
∎ Being in a team leading role for at least 3/4 years
∎ Candidates being native to mentioned locations and able to speak in local dialect will have preferences
∎ Good market knowledge over truck owners, associations, etc. will be considered as added advantage
∎ Frequent travelling within the assigned area/region
∎ Customer centric, having excellent negotiation skills
∎ Strong communication, presentation and team management skills
∎ Good command over MS office, application based software
∎ Positive mind-set
∎ Hard working
