• Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license. 
• Personal Attributes: Dynamic-minded, self-driven, highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and eager to take on challenges.

• Lead and motivate a team of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for Unani products, ensuring market penetration and brand visibility.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address challenges.

• Ensure efficient distribution and optimal availability of our Unani products in the market.

• Conduct regular field visits with MSRs, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market insights and support new product launches.
