Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and motivate a team of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for Unani products, ensuring market penetration and brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address challenges.
Ensure efficient distribution and optimal availability of our Unani products in the market.
Conduct regular field visits with MSRs, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market insights and support new product launches.
