We are looking for a driven Area Manager to lead sales for our premium herbal health & wellness products. In this role, you will manage a team and plan strategies to grow our business in the Mirpur region. If you are a strong leader with experience in pharma sales, we want to hear from you.

• Sales Growth: Hit sales targets and ensure the business keeps growing in your area.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support Medical Representatives and Territory Managers.
• Field Work: Visit doctors (HCPs), hospitals, and pharmacies regularly to build relationships and support your team.
• Strategy: Create simple, effective plans to boost sales in the region.
• Market Watch: Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to find new opportunities.
• Operations: Manage stock levels and ensure products are distributed smoothly.
• Compliance: Ensure the team follows all company rules and ethical standards.
• Reporting: Track progress and present sales reports to senior management.
