Responsibilities & Context:
Main Responsibilities (but not list):
Branch Coordination and Guidance:
To monitor, supervise and guide the branches under the area.
To Supervise the Branch Managers and Credit Officers.
Implementation of Workplan and Achieve the Target:
To cooperate and lead the area team in achieving monthly, quarterly and annual target.
To assist the microfinance team in achieving the target of loan disbursement and recovery as well as savings collection.
Human Resource Management:
To motivate, capacity development and appraisal of the branch managers and credit officers.
To assist in recruitment.
Ensure discipline and code of conduct to keep the working environment congenial.
Reporting and Documentation:
To Ensure regular reporting.
