Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline (preference will be given who obtained master degree from public university). Candidates should have at least second class/division or GPA 2:00 in all examinations.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and assist management to prepare Annual Plan regarding ME Loan and initiate to implement accordingly
∎ Put in the demand for required fund for ME loan disbursement.
∎ Prepare the profile of the client and assist the respective staff to prepare the loan proposal and loan disbursement.
∎ Frequent and regular follow up to ME client to ensure 100% recovery.
∎ Check the related records maintained and preserved in the branches as per policy.
∎ Monitor utilization of loan money properly as proposed.
∎ Ensure the Program is on right track.
∎ Assist management to review and develop the ME policy as needed.
∎ Be available to resolve any type of problem regarding the program.
∎ Initiate legal action (court case) against problematic ME loan client as complainant, if necessary and assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare, collect and compile reports regarding the program with the cooperation of all level respective staffs as per requirement of management and donors.
∎ Provide all out cooperation to front line staffs for smooth running of the program.
∎ Cooperate to internal and external visitors as and when necessary.
∎ Represent RDRS ME loan program at local level forum.
∎ Carry out any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experience in Micro-enterprise program.
