Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate from any reputed University, preferably MBA major in Marketing.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly deserving candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to meet company's revenue target assuring qualitative factors.
∎ Select small distributor for market penetration according to business plan and strategy.
∎ Work closely with department head in implementation of sales forecast and strategies regionally.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring each territory's sales activities, sales audit.
∎ Strengthening the relationship with each partner and meeting with them in local level.
∎ Provide administrative support to all regional staff considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one to smooth their work.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on small distributor expansion, lifting, company penetration & submit to concern person.
∎ Prepare monthly route plan for regional staff and report regarding their achievement.
∎ Manage and develop the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years working experience in field sales management in FMCG and/ or in rural markets.
∎ Ownership and decisions making capacity.
∎ Honest, Reliable and Result Oriented.
∎ Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver.
∎ Speed in implementation and monitoring people.
∎ Good Knowledge of MS office package.
∎ English Communication skill.
∎ Passion for Business and people development.
