∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ or MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up the daily collection/deposit by the Sales forces and make the collection reconciliation
∎ Manage Inventory and provide relevant financial information to Head Office
∎ Prepare the monthly Trial balance & other financial reports and send it to head office on time
∎ Record the Area Office Fixed Asset properly and update the fixed assets register accordingly
∎ Check expenses / bills / vouchers and control Area Office expenses within the budget
∎ Ensure policy and Tax/VAT compliances accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Computer skill in MS Word and MS Excel is required. Knowledge in common computerized accounting packages will be preferred
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
