• Design & Planning: Lead architectural design, create technical drawings. Specialize in Interior projects (Residential, Commercial).

• Conducting site analyses and creating space plans

• Selecting materials, finishes, and furniture

• Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders

• Developing interior design concepts and schemes

• Managing budgets and timelines for interior design projects.

• Designing buildings and structures, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability

• Creating detailed plans and blueprints for construction

• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

• Overseeing budgeting and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Developed innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements, budget, and timelines
