Responsibilities & Context:
Conceptual Design: Developing initial design concepts that align with client requirements and site conditions.
Detailed Design: Creating detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Site Supervision: Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
Problem-Solving: Addressing any design or construction challenges that arise during the project.
Documentation: Preparing detailed construction documents, specifications, and contracts.
