• Having good knowledge on Real estate building design and DAP (Detailed Area Plan) 2022-35.

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of architectural visualization, graphics presentation, layout, and composition.

• FAR Calculation based on current rules.

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.

• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural plans into the overall project development process.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to incorporate innovative and sustainable solutions into projects.

• Provide guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
