Job Context:

● SHOPNIL Group is looking for a skilled, creative, and responsible B.Sc. Architect who has strong knowledge in Architectural Design, Interior Design, 2D/3D Planning, and Project Coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

● Prepare architectural and interior design concepts according to client requirements

● Create 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, and working drawings

● Coordinate with the 3D visualization / design team

● Conduct site measurements, site visits, and project observations

● Attend client meetings and present design concepts professionally

● Prepare design details and provide necessary drawings to the execution team

● Maintain project timeline, design quality, and proper documentation

● Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and management team

Educational Requirements:

● Bachelor of Architecture / B.Sc. in Architecture from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience will be preferred

● Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply

Additional Requirements:

● Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape

● Strong sense of space planning, interior design, materials, and finishing

● Good presentation and client handling skills

● Must be creative, responsible, hardworking, and punctual

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

● Teamwork mentality and professional attitude are required
