• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in aluminum fabrication or construction.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.

• Strong knowledge of building materials, fabrication techniques, and construction methods.

• Experience in cost estimation and project budgeting.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for business development.

• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to enhance business efficiency.

• Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, detailed (shop) drawings, and technical specifications for aluminum fabrication projects.

• Prepare estimates and quotations based on project requirements.

• Maintain professional relationships with architectural firms and explore opportunities for new contracts and business expansion.

• Conduct site visits, supervise project progress, and ensure quality control.

• Provide innovative ideas and strategic advice to enhance business operations.

• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Instruct and guide the team on design-related improvements and industry best practices.
