- Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
- Target driven and capable of working within a fast-paced environment
- Good cultural awareness, and confident working with students/colleagues/partners from around the globe.
- Ability to self-motivate and self-manage your own student portfolio through positive relationship management.
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of admissions policies of different educational institutions

Job Responsibilities:
- Review students' applications against admission requirements as specified by colleges and universities.
- Work with our partner colleges and universities to resolve application issues and submit quality applications.
- Maintaining student files, handling inquiries, making applications for admission and visa.
- Ensure application processes are regularly updated to ensure precision of process detail.
- Undertake research into relevant colleges and universities and courses, obtaining information thoroughly and within given timeframes.
- Work across internal and external teams to ensure entry requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes.
- Ensure the system is correctly updated with application outcomes.
- Assist students with course related enquiries and requirements.
