∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
∎ Technical knowledge on seamless sewing layout.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules with ensure both quality and quantity of garments.
∎ Technical knowledge on cut patterns and sew clothing, such as men’s & women's sportswear.
∎ Production outcomes vary according to timeline and achieves the desired output goals·
∎ Monitor production to resolve issues...
∎ Sound technological knowledge that regulates the utmost degrees of output that can be manufactured using various combinations of inputs & outputs.
∎ Estimating costs and preparing budgets & Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Responsible for creating high-quality garments and other items for our customers.
∎ You will work with a variety of fabrics and materials, and may be required to create patterns and perform alterations.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the management
